Processing and dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Some items may ship separately. Orders ship internationally from China.
Shipping rates
For the destinations listed below, shipping is free on orders of $99 or more. Orders below $99 have an $8 shipping charge. Confirm the shipping charge and available delivery option at checkout before placing your order.

Delivery within the United States is limited to the mainland. We do not currently offer delivery to destinations outside this list. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout.
Tracking your jewelry order
When your order ships, the shipping confirmation email includes tracking information. Carrier updates may take time to appear after dispatch. If you need help locating a shipment, email service@loruvie.com with your order number.
Duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility when they have not been collected at checkout. Customs authorities may inspect an international shipment and assess charges. Contact your local customs office if you need an estimate before ordering.
